Filming Permission

In order to be able to film in St Pius Church in Merrow we had to email the reception asking for permission.
Here is the email we sent:

Hi, I am currently working on the coursework for my A level Media Studies at
St Peters Catholic School and my group and I were wondering whether we would
be able to film part of our opening sequence of a film in your Church? We
would be using handheld cameras and a tripod. We would need to film from
3.20pm onwards on Monday 3rd December if this is possible? There would be 4
of us needing to be at the Church to film. It would be great if we were able
to use the Church in our Coursework. It would not be published and would
only be used for educational purposes.
Please could you get back to me asap.
Thank you
Yours Sincerely,
Sophie Benson

Sophie can I ask you what genre of film this is, ie comedy, horror?

The film is an opening of a psychological Thriller.
Thank you

REPLY:
Sophie I have spoken to the Rector Chris Luckraft and he is happy for you to
use the church. Please take care of it as we have just spent a lot of money
refurbishing the church. You will have to be out before 5.15pm as we have
evening prayers at that time.
